Can I have two signatures?

Situation : As per my knowledge "Company Act/Ordinance" of any country in the world does not dictate which signature one should use while signing an "Employment Contract" for the employees in his/her company. Generally people have two or more signatures which they use as per their decision, e.g. one signature for signing ALL Bank related matters, different type of signature for signing ALL official documents etc. My question is: Can someone use one kind of signature while "Forming/registering his company" and another kind of signature while signing an "Employment Contract" for any of his employees? Can these two signatures be different from one another?
