OVER BILLING OF TARIFF FROM DIRECT TO HOME TV SERVICE PROVIDER

Situation : I am a customer of dishd2h.com..Although Telephone Regulatory Authority (TRAI) has fixed the Tariff Rate and given liberty to customers to choose their own channels which has been clarified in d2h.com site also.As per their webpage d2h.com/consumercorner/ncf IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN THAT THE SUBSCRIBER IS EVEN ALLOWED TO AVAIL ONLY FREE To AIR CHANNELS WITH A NET CAPACITY FEE OF Rs 153(including tax).but in spite of this they have claimed RS 1089,THEN ON MY CHASING BROUGHT IT DOWN TO Rs 589 AND AGAIN RAISED IT TO RS 796.THEY ARE ADDING CHANNELS AS PER THEIR WHIMS AND RAISING THE PACKAGE CHARGE.without the Customer's CONSENT UNFORTUNATELY TRAI ACT PROBABLY DOES NOT ENVISAGE HANDLING OF INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.UNDER THIS STEP WHAT IS THE PROVISION UNDER INDIAN PENAL CODE SECTIONS TO TEACH THEM A LESSON.
