Situation : I have purchasing property and for that I took legal opinion from the local advocate. According to the opinion, the said property initially purchased by Mr X on 1956 and there after his death the property was mutation to his wife and his son in 1996. On 2007 the same property was sold to Mr. Y (Present owner) by executing registered sale deed by Mr X's wife and son. Mr. X has 3 daughters (Presently 2 died and 1 alive) and the consent in the registered sale deed was not obtained on 2007. Is it safe to buy this property from Mr Y ? almost 13 years over and no legal suit till date.
