What to in such a case ?
Situation : There was an ancestral Hindu property which belonged to my grandmother. She had 5 daughters of which 2 daughters were unmarried & a son who were my aunties & uncle. The uncle had taken his share long back after the grandmother expired. Now there is only one aunty surviving. The rest of the survivors are 2 sons of my mother & 1 daughter of an aunty & 1 daughter of the surviving aunty. Can somebody please guide if the share is divided in 5 parts or more.i.e. If there were 2 unmarried daughters who have expired now - will their share have to be shared with the Uncle's children when the Uncle has already take his share. Your reply will be highly appreciated.

No, as the unmarried died issueless so there cannot be any allotment of shares to them.
