If a Muslim man makes a civil property will (will that any Hindu creates), does this will supercedes Shariat will?

Situation : I am a Hindu woman married to a Muslim man and have 2 daughters. The houses we bought are in his name, more for convenience. I have contributed more money than him for these properties. He says he will write off the properties to my name. My doubts are: * Shariat law says he can do so for one third of the property and the other 2/3 goes to legal heirs described in Shariat law. So, will the civil will (normal will written by him just like a Hindu does) overwrite this rule in Shariat law and I can get all the property? Considering that I contributed more money than him to buy the properties. * Will his siblings have share in the property since we don't have sons?
