Employer not releasing my salary-even serving noticed period & completing 40 Days
Situation : I worked in an NGO organisation as facilator ,there branch was closed in our area so they ask me to leave,but now they not releasing my salary-even serving noticed period & completing 40 Days.
I have taking followup on that in many more time but o one respond me
Please guide me in this case
