REIMBURSEMENT OF STOLEN LAPTOP
Situation : My laptop is stolen from my boss house because her wife didn't lock the door, so I ask for laptop reimbursement then he said that he will not pay for my laptop. as per Indian constitution, do I have the right for asking him reimbursement?
