Is it illegal to have a big kirana (daily needs stores) shop in small colonies?

Situation : actually i had a small kirana shop in my colony, but now i sell a lot of stuff in it and the space is not enough to go with. so im thinking of making a bigger shop on the ground floor of my house. so is it illegal to have a big shop in collonies. I have seen some shops getting sealed on the main roads near me. and i think size is one of the reason. Please consult me for that. ALSO I AM NOT FROM BIHAR IAM FROM CHATTARPUR, DELHI. I SELECTED BIHAR BECAUSE OF A GLITCH IN THE FORM WHEN IM SELECTING DELHI IN STATE IT IS NOT LETTING ME SELECT ANY CITY AND WITHOUT SELECTING A CITY I CANT SUBMIT MY QUESTION
