Daughters right in ancestral property

Situation : Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly help me to clear the confusion regarding the ancestral property rights to daughters. 1. We are 4 brothers and 4 sisters.(HINDU). I am the eldest daughter to my father. 2. My father divided the ancestral property(purchased by my great grand father) to only my 4 brothers with out daughters knowledge. 4. The partition deed(registered) was done in 2002. 5. My father is still alive 6. Can daughters file suit now to set aside partition deed as they were not given any share Thanks in advance Venkatlakshmi

During the lifetime of father nobody can claim by way of partition suit in his self acquired property.
