How can i get my flat back
Situation : We have booked a flat in APCRDA and got confirmation, clearly confirming the booking / instalment towards Flat No: 1503 in BLOCK B of HAPPYNEST venture through https://www.happynest.live on 09.11.2018, which is self-explanatory that we are not in queue but the flat has been allotted.
To our utmost surprise, we received a different communication at a later date i.e. 13.11.2018 from APCRDA with Transaction Ref: 107467682340, which states our booking could not be confirmed, siting the reason that we did not meet ‘First Come First Serve’.
Since then we were trying to reach their customer care on the number mentioned by APCRDA - CALL +91 888 200 1234, which was never attended in spite of repeated attempts by us.
