Situation : Hi, I live as a Tennant in Bangalore , the house in which I live is on loan and the owner has failed to pay the emi's . Now there is a notice from the bank to vacate the property.. my rent agreement is till 31st January 2019. And I have always paid my rent on time.. I don't know what to do now... i have read somewhere that SARFAESI Act cannot override the rights given to the tennents through the Rent control Act as per the supreme court order in 2016.
