I applied for an internship at Competitive Exam Guide Pvt Ltd .Now they are mentally forcing that they might take a legal call.

Situation : I was involved in internship to develop Mock question papers for JEE. I made nearly 15 question papers for which I was paid Rs 10500. Some of the questions they found were copied from the internet, so I declined working further. They asked me to resubmit the questions for which I was paid which I could not in due time. Also, during the internship, I was asked to give videos consisting of video lectures. They said they will give either the shares or the income. After making some videos, I said I could not go for shares as I dont have understanding of it and would like to go for per video basis payment which they denied. They never paid for the videos which I made. In this whole process, I never signed up any agreement between us. They are now asking me to return the stipend money stating they have not used the questions submitted by me. I dont know what to do. Please help.

Dear Sir,

They cannot claim anything from you as your efforts are more than what they have paid to you. Even if they approach Civil Court they may not succeed and it will be dismissed at the threshold as there is no agreement.
