Prepaid Sim Card(TATA docomo) service terminated without notification
Situation : Hi Advisor,
Kindly advise me my simcard which i was using around 12 years, Tata docomo terminated my connection on 15 Dec 2018, without any notification/SMS (Confirmed by TATA docomo today on Email). I was using this simcard in Malaysia from last 4 Years, suddenly its terminated and TATA Docomo wants me to check on store, which is typical for me to visit India only for SIM card since its attached with banks.
So can you please advise how to tackle the situation. or can i take any legal action against TATA docomo.
