SHOULD I PAY THE EMPLOYMENT BOND AMOUNT ON LEAVING THE JOB

Situation : Hello, I had signed a bond with a logistics company, it was a bond wherein I have to work for the company for 3 years and by any chance if I leave the organization, I will have to pay the company back INR 90,000 and also serve 30 days notice period. I am now planning to quite this job ,since I have got an increment of close to 5% whereas my other colleagues have got close to 25% increment. I have been working for the company from 9am - 9pm without getting paid any overtime but I got nothing good in return. Hence, the de-motivation and I am planning to leave the company. Is there any clause from which I can waive off these conditions of paying the bond amount and serving a month notice period? Thank You!
