The all newly law graduates need to full fill the stringent verification process while enrolling themself as lawyer.
BCI had instructed to all state Bar Council that the all fresh law graduate only enrolled after verification of all educational certificates. Before enrolling as lawyer fresh law graduate need to produce their educational certificates for verification.
For the enrollment process bellow should be presented…. Like, Secondary, Higher secondary school certificate, graduation ( if any), and LL.B degree certificate, along with mark sheet of all three year or five year of LL.B and their enrollment forms. Now, Bar council need to send this educational certificates to concern educational institution for verification, if the educational institutes fails to verify within 20 days in that case, Provisional certificate would be issued to the candidate, which will be valid for 6 month and candidate would have to remit for Rs 2500 for such certificate.
BCI further directed to state council to inform UGC and Vice chancellor of Universities to take action against such educational institute who fail to verify educational certifications. The respective Bar Council can call to enrolling lawyer for interview after obtaining verification reort form educational institution. The enrollment of New Lawyer shall be communicated to the BCI within 10 days of enrollment.
