Can I get a replacement of the same laptop or compensation?

Situation : On 03-06-2020 I purchased an Acer laptop from Flipkart worth RS:89990. Even without completing 20 days from purchase The laptop showed hardware failures. I contacted Acer service and replaced motherboard of laptop and said the problem is solved. But the same problem continued and opt for repair once again. They replaced SSD and IPS display panel gave it to me after 2 months. For the next couple of month the laptop has been worked properly. Then the HDD of laptop start making a grinding noise and sometimes not detected by operating system.Moreover, the laptop internal mic set not working. I again contacted the service station, and they said mic module board need to be replaced. I waited for the mic module board to arrive from Acer, but the service center told that the arrived board was defective. So again I waited for the mic board to again and the board came was not working too. Laptop's SSD, Main Board, Display are replaced and Mic, HDD are become non-functional within 5 months from purchase. It is clear that that the laptop is defective. Acer India Warranty policy states that no replacement for the laptop is given.
